All Member Clubs of the NZKC

A Special General Meeting of the New Zealand Kennel Club has been called in accordance with Section IV 16 (b) of the NZKC Rules by the following Clubs.

• Franklin Kennel Association
• Hibiscus Coast Kennel Association
• Horowhenua Kennel Assoication
• Kumeu Kennel Association
• Ladies Kennel Association
• Nelson Ladies Kennel Association
• New Plymouth Kennel Association
• Ruahine Kennel Association
• Tokoroa Kennel Association
• Waimakariri Kennel Association

The meeting is to be held on Saturday the 27th March 2010 commencing at 2.00pm at the New Zealand Kennel Club premises Prosser Street, Porirua, Wellington.

The business of the meeting is to consider the following:

"That a vote of no confidence be recorded, and the resignation from all offices call for, of the President, Mr. John Perfect, the Senior Vice President, Mrs. Pam Douglas, the South Island Vice President, Mr. Mike Bradley, and Executive Council member Mr. Lyn Sayers being the senior members of the staff sub-committee of the Executive Council that has failed to give due diligence to the issues relating to the matter surrounding the former Chief Executive Officer/Director Secretary, Mr. Brian Priest, and has brought the Club into disrepute"
