The Proplan Premier Dog and Puppy of the Year 2005 was an exciting gala event, held on the 19th November 2005 in the show building at the NZKC Auckland Exhibition Centre.
The evening attracted excellent entries and a wonderful audience.
We asked the exhibitors to dress up in a costume representing the country of origin of their breed. The costumes were dazzling and innovative.

A Leprechaun handled the Irish Setter, The English flag handled the English Pointer, and a monk handled the Saint Bernard, but not be outdone was the mysterious Arabian lady with the Afghan and the Stars and Stripes with the American Cocker Spaniel.
The exhibitors enjoyed the concept and had a lot of fun.
The trophies were absolutely fabulous and the winners thanked the Proplan Team for sponsorship of the event.
